Working out the kinks
So I just got back from choir tour...and I basically got nothing done for my trip! But I really learned a lot about myself and felt God drawing me closer which was amazing! I also found out during my trip that my nana's church raised a good bit of money for me and that was so humbling and awesome. I wasn't expecting that at all, but I'm so thankful to Elizabeth Baptist Church for the support! I've also received support from Foothills Community Church, West Ward St. Church of God, and Daughters of the King Sunday Class. I'm so thankful for the willingness of people to give! I've had a number of indivuals give as well, and I'm truly greatful to them too. I can definitely tell this is where God wants me, because he is so faithfully providing my every need! I just sent the final dates to CMA for my departure and arrival, so I should be getting plane tickets soon. Now all I have to do is get my yellow fever shot, get my Visa, and pack! I'm getting more and more exciting everyday and can't wait to meet the other interns as well as Tim and Meredith!

Only the begininng...
Hey everyone! So this is my first time blogging...not really sure how to use all of this yet! Anyway...this blog is basically for anyone who wants to keep up with my mission trip to Gabon this summer. I'll try to write as much as I can, especially while I'm gone..and hopefully put up some pictures too! Right now, I'm getting all my paperwork and such done..got my passport! Now working on shots and my visa. I'm getting a little nervous...this is my first time going on an overseas mission trip and I've never flown alone! Other than that...I'm just trying to raise support. I've received support from so many people..it's blown my mind how much God has already blessed me! I know He will continue to provide. To all of those who have given me support and are praying for me...THANK YOU! You don't know how much this means to me. As for now....I'm asking that everyone would continue to pray for me as I'm starting this new adventure in my life!
